I can confirm FBI investigation into NTEK...

The FBI is historically tight-lipped regarding on-going investigations, but I did find out that the case came to Cheng in the CHIP division originally (the former AUSA that indicted Foley) and was eventually kicked up to white collar in the San Jose office.

Don't bother contacting the law offices of Fuerst Ittleman FYI, they just direct you to the FBI offices in NorCal. IMO they wouldn't do that if it was still in their hands. They simply say "no comment on ongoing litigation" or whatever.

RIP NTEK. And RIP to all the new co-conspirators and a pro tip: do yourselves a favor and roll over on Foley before you get assigned an extended stay cell next to Dave or Lisa.
