I believe that Frank may have mistakenly changed the name of the company before filing to change the ticker symbol. Obviously he changed it back because he cannot change the name of the company without changing the ticker symbol on a publicly traded company. See link below:

FYI this must mean that they may be in the process of changing the ticker symbol. Then the appropriate name change will follow. Let's hope so.
