Here's what Apler said about this project on 5/29/18

BLDV Prepares Application in Virginia for Pharmaceutical Processor

Cann10 Israel would provide License for Cannareet Branded Products & Know-How

May 28, 2018 Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. (OTC PK: BLDV) Denver Colorado:

Project would convert 550,000 sq. ft. Retail Mall in Bristol, Virginia

Alper & Associates Consulting a dba of Blue Diamond Consulting LLC and a wholly owned subsidiary of BLDV, confirmed today that the report in the Bristol Herald is accurate, and Blue Diamond Consulting is preparing the application of Dharma Pharmaceuticals LLC, that is applying for one of 5 Licenses in Virginia for a Pharmaceutical Grade Cannabis Oil Processor.

This type of pharma grade facility is what we are looking for” said Josh Alper, CEO of BLDV, “The City of Bristol VA., needs this type of economic development, and the State of Virginia has designed a very strict program that favors commitment to clinical studies, research, and GAP/GMP manufacturing know-how.”

Alper & Associates Consulting recognized that the experience of Cann10 could help Dharma Pharmaceutical achieve a competitive sustainable advantage in the Virginia program and brought Cann10 and Dharma together in a Strategic Partnership that may include licensing of genetics and end-to-end know how for targeted therapies and unique formulations, Cann10 North America would administer the program through the Cann10 Alliance, the member organization in the USA & Canada that brings the IP and know-how of Cann10 to North America.

BLDV is the largest shareholder in Cann10 North America.

The Proposed $10 Million Phase-One Facility in the old JC Penny store, would include a $1.3 Million Extractor Lab, Tissue Culture Lab, and Research Labs, along with high-end analytics and automation.

Finalists for licensing will be selected in August, and the new facility could be in operation by April of next year. Alper & Associates could continue as the owner’s representatives for the Dharma project.

Takeaways---

1) Dharma has been granted a "provisional license" --NOT BLDV.

2) Dharma's license (when granted) is to produce "pharmaceutical grade cannabis oil."

3) Nothing stated above indicates that Dharma will grow it's own plants. Maybe they will or maybe they will buy their MJ from other growers. As yet it hasn't been stated.

4) There has yet been no announcement that BLDV will be involved in the financing, procurement and build out of a facility for Dharma. The involvement has been limited to (a) helping prepare the application, (b) a "License for Cannareet Branded Products" and (c) Know-How from Cann10."

5) Alper claims BLDV is "the largest shareholder in Cann10-NA" when it only owns 25%. There has been no announcement that BLDV has yet succeeded in fulfilling Alpers desire to acquire 51% of Cann10-NA via a "share exchange."

My "opinion" is as valid as your "hearsay"
