I have 45 years of construction management trying to build stuff that you guys slap down on paper that doesn't work or can't be built as drawn. can't tell you the number of times I've sat down in meetings with all of the smart guys in the room and asked "how the hell can you put this together in the field with the tools and labor force that we have available to us. Your computer can create the perfect scenario for anything. come out to the field and let me put you to work. If you hit a snag...you fix it!
We're talking equities here, not professional prowess. We want to build something up, and you hope it falls down. I sense a bit of irony in this conversation.
