Rewarding him by giving him 80% of the company out of the blue? That would be the death blow to this company if I'm readling it correctly. There is NO reason to give him 100,000,000 shares where there were only 29,000,000 outstanding, that is insane! I can see using them for an acquisition but to just give them to the CEO? WTF? So he gets $20,000,000 in shares??????? What on earth for???
