Are you sure about that? Certainly, the public doesn't know yet. But the company has everything to gain from withholding negative results and everything to lose by revealing them. I guarantee if they were positive results then we'd have heard all about it before the reverse split and certainly before the end of this week. No news on HAL studies before the RS is most likely bad news.
Same with PODRAS. It is more than 3 years since it was designated "Fast Track" status by FDA, but there has never been one iota of data since then. Likewise, the company has everything to gain from withholding negative results and everything to lose by revealing them.
For a company desperate for even a hint of good news, no news is bad news.
