Sure it makes sense. I took profits and took my money out before it was too late. Also along the way accumulated some free shares that I kept for the just in case scenario.

Over time I could see what was going on with this company. The lack of information, the hiding of facts that would materially effect shareholders, bad investments, wiping out shareholder value(twice),losing an accounting firm because they wouldnt take company shares as payment(at least twice) a failed offering and the list goes on.

Now lets look at the present circumstances. WHY would I want anyone to lose money by investing in this company? My conscience and up bring wont allow me to make money at others expense by fabricating misinformation. So I call it the way I see it. This way anyone who is looking at the boondoggle can see both sides of the equation.
