Mark "It doesn't matter. Siaf stake in TRW has not given any cash flow to the Siaf company or it's shareholders." Almost everybody knows that a stake in another company can be valuable even if that other company does not confer any cashflow to the first company.

Fail on that one too. Siaf shareprice has dropped a lot since they got the 1/3 share.
No cash, no shareholder value, no end to dilution...
One has only one conclusion to make and it's that these companies with same BOD and same Solly have the same history and future of being just full of hot air assets that do no good for anyone except aid share sales.

Indeed everybody knows that a stake in a valuable profitable company WILL increase the value of the other company. What we are missing here is the "valuable" and "profitable".
