Where in the world did you get the idea that Omega has the option of what you say?

Omega has to respond and explain their deficiency and make it right.

Omega had their chance and blew it.

It's over. A company suspended for delinquent filing of periodic reports is a dead man walking. The SEC suspends, then at a later date the stock is revoked, full stop.
