USA is lagging all other countries with regards to use of cannabis. If legalization / rescheduling is not completed soon the US stands to lose billions in domestically generated revenues. US companies will simply go overseas for hemp and flower-produced compounds, which is in contradiction to Trump's 'buy america first' plan.
