The unknown question is what valuation will the 1.2 million in common shares be given. We know the dividend will be 100 million shares. My guess is $PURA will receive around 600 million common shares. They’ll restrict the dividend from trade for a year which allows $NOUV to move up in price.

A significant increase in pps of $NOUV increases the pps of $PURA. $PURA wouldn’t agree to this deal if it wasn’t beneficial for them, or their shareholders.
