I've read multiple posts here that state financing will never happen. Not a chance a penny stock will get financing. So, if MMEX gets financing, were the people who said these things lying? Obviously folks are making their best assumptions based on how they interpret information. Not lying. A lie is a deliberate act. There's a difference.
