Within the LOI, PURA states "The spinoff transaction is scheduled to close promptly following the end of the fiscal third quarter on September 30tht, 2018...Look for an announcement indicating the sale has closed after September 30, 2018." Promptly defines as:

adverb: promptly

1. with little or no delay; immediately.
synonyms: punctually, on time; on the button, on the dot, on the nose without delay, straightaway, right away, at once, immediately, now, as soon as possible; quickly, swiftly, rapidly, speedily, fast, expeditiously, momentarily; informalpronto, ASAP, pretty damn quick, PDQ
2. at exactly a specified time; punctually.

This statement is as good as "copper", imo. Today will most likely be slow but volume will increase Thursday and Friday with anticipation of news/PR being released "promptly" next week.

Get your tickets while they're available because it will become a thing of the past come next week.
