Tomorrow, 9/27 is the hearing for the Reverdia STA Agreement assignment over to the new company: 9384-3706 Quebec Inc.
Next, 10/9 U.S. BK Court rules on Chapter 15, approves Biomaber Inc sale, and issues a recognition order of the Canadian Asset sale, with official recording no later than 10/11.
Closing and the big reveal can happen anytime between 10/11 and 10/26.
IMO opinion... nothing is going to happen with PPS until everything is finalized and revealed. Keeping the share price in this channel mitigates any significant gains or losses, and therefore, reduces risk of litigation.
People can't claim damages from the sale process if the share price hovers around 2 cents during this time.
Holders gotta hold and flippers gotta flip.
