My guess is ETrade and PUMA. MMs not getting enough action/shares to manipulate the stock and shorters couldn't make their shorts. The price was too volatile. Etrade couldn't keep up. So halting until after Oct 5th when the potential litigation outcome hopefully is settled. I hope we get an out of court settlement sooner, but insurance and lawyers like 11th-hour settlements.
