I happen to believe that as every negative announcement Leo slipped in 10-k and 10-q has come true and every positive announcement he did in PR has not come true.

That sentence related P in 10-K was not needed even in risk category if he was working hard to get funds and get the results. So I think there is truth to it and Leo added it compared to previous 10-q to give hint and safeguard himself.

Why the secrecy? Many other biotechs tell openly the CRO
