Can somebody else give details why you think PED is worth 3, 5 or even 10 US-$ ?
What are your assumptions ?

PED seems to have good plays in the Niobrara region.
In 2014 Red Hawk (subsidiary) was amongst the 20 top Niobrara Weld County oil & gas producers.

PED presentation June 2015:
ca. 700 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd)net production
break-even price 40 - 60 US-$ / bbl

Development plan for 1.800 boepd

1.280 acre unit could produce over 4.500 boepd

Do you think that´s now possible with S. Kukes money ?
That´s only Niobrara
Why do they spend money to buy Permian asset insteed of spend it for oil-rich Niobrara development ?
Other companies with much higher valuations only concentrate on Niobrara.
