Thanks for the info, the guys here have been practically fooling that this company has been paying dividends before if this is the case.
These have been probably been paid to 10 million outstanding shares so it's peanuts.
And obviously with dilution money.
The scam has unfolded a bit more once again.

Dividends? You mean those 3.6 cents that took eternity to pay and in the meantime they had to dilute the hell out of shareholders for it? Or that 1 cent or what some time before? Yeah that changes the atmosphere indeed. Btw the stock is not even worth those 3.6 cents presplit now… go figure.
