Pura trades at almost .04. People don't hold millions of shares of it. They are handing out stock as a dividend that currently trades at
.0002. They are going to need to raise that price. Unless they are making money hand over fist, the value is not going to significantly rise. R/S or a share buy back are the ways to do it. A buy back would be preferable
