Sheba and other Israeli medical facilities are literally around the corner from each other. most of the most contemporary research on cannabis properties and medicinal value is done in Israel because of the lesser restrictions in their country compared to the US. so as a positive consequence what would be restricted here is welcomed as new research with cutting edge approaches.
To date, One World Cannabis has signed research collaboration agreements with a big Academic Medical Center in Israel. Within the framework of these agreements, the company will initiate pre-clinical and clinical studies to explore the effect of several combinations of cannabidiol (CBD) and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on multiple myeloma (a cancer of plasma cells), psoriasis and fibromyalgia.

OWCP has the goods.
for example,...QCOM had CDMA technology that other cellphone distributors were utilizing,...when QCOM patents came through ALL of those other companies had a choice,...change their technology and operating platform or pay a royalty fee to QCOM to continue using their (QCOM's) platform.
Dr. Hirsch is a very bright man,...i think he takes us this route.
i can be totally incorrect,..this is my WAG.
