Okay, so is the company attempting to create ambiguity, on purpose, here?

Here is the link to the recent 8-K:

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1579823/000165495418010402/nbev_8k.htm

Now read the excerpt below, taken directly from the filing, very carefully:

"On September 24, 2018, New Age Beverages Corporation (the “Company”) entered into an At the Market Offering Agreement (the “Offering Agreement”) with Roth Capital Partners LLC. (the “Agent”), pursuant to which the Company may offer and sell from time to time up to an aggregate of $50 million shares of the Company’s common stock (the “Placement Shares”), through the Agent."

Now, some investors have argued that because there is a dollar sign "$" in front of the number 50 that they are planning to sell $50 million dollars worth of stock.

However, you will notice the the word "shares" appear after the number 50 million.

So which is it? 50 million shares or 50 million dollars? There is a huge difference in terms of potential dilution.
