based on the conference call, the tender offer is through BTOP shares. so 8k/A will be out in 30 days to show the balance sheet for all combined companies including BTOP and evolution AI. Then PLFX will receive tender offer form for yes or no. After all three companies combined, there will be a uplist for BTOP to major exchanges in US and a dual listing in HongKong
