Did Civil charges get kicked to Federal?

I don't see this incredibly damning filing on the Broward court's civil site, although it retains the same case number.

For those that haven't read what squeak posted, the filing essentially claims gross SEC and criminal violations involving pretty much everyone.

Also interesting to note that I can verify that the shell companies listed within the filing are - in fact - shells started by (or controlled by) the Foley clan.

Wow - how deep does this scam really go?
