Did you hear the video interview of CEO on you tube.He did mention that it is gonna take 45 days to 60 days to get the license.I think he issued that video in July .So based on that they could get license this month end or may be first week of october.This is my Wild guess.
You cant become millionire overnight .you have to wait and have patience.this is going to be min 3-5$ stock in 1-2 years time.Stay strong and long.
