PURA has fulfilled all their shareholder updates when releasing announcements regarding upcoming updates. Through the recent DD, when PURA says "Look for an announcement indicating the sale has closed after September 30, 2018" (https://finance.yahoo.com/news/puration-announces-loi-spinoff-cannabis-131500268.html), they did exactly that and issued a update.
i like that PURA is taking NOUV under their wings because regular updates will be the norm from here on out.
