I guess those 2 bill shares are not valuable to Ed than the issues he had at the moment. If any other guy even a small road side seller wouldn’t throw them away showing a reason that he is facing lawsuits especially when there is a so called emailmoni revenue being generated. Inspite of looming SEC suspension that I believe Ed already knew why would he not release financials or atleast a disclosure showing the reasons for an extension. He is careless and it already proved when he didn’t even care for the patent extension until IHUB screamed at it. He is brainless and egoistic creature.

A college grad can be a better CEO than him.
