It would be a credibility boost and allow some additional parties who can’t by statute buy lower tier stocks to buy in. They may or may not do so but in general this type of uplisting is very positive for the company involved.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
