I’ll agree with you here pery. There is no need to needlessly pump, but also to not panic. It’s safe to say that most of us are optimistic. Some more so than others. But why throw shade? It’s clear from the DD (thanks gcm) that there’s no reason to be alarmed. we are legitimately going thru the permitting process. Not having gratification now isn’t a reason to cry foul. Yet.
