Nobody gives a flying you-know-what about an ODD. They’ve been getting those for years and here we are. It would seem to me that the company diluting and selling shares whenever the price starts to go up would explain Jackie’s controller. They have good science but their management has not delivered on a single thing they have promised for the last half decade or more. That’s the problem. Advancing trials are good, but the market IMO has had enough of their empty promises. We were told we would have a DOD contract by December 2017, maybe even before that. We are about to go into 2019 without a darn thing.
