Here's another reason why I think there will be a lag before groundbreaking. I seriously doubt that the fluidized bed reactors and burners will be fabricated at the site. I'm willing to bet they are fabricated offsite and delivered in pieces to the Natchitoches site and assembled there. If that's the case (along with the other reasons I mentioned previously) they aren't going to have much to construct. They will need a building and level pads for the units and stockpiles. That isn't much and I imagine they don't want to start paying on the lease just to house an empty building and graded pads while they are waiting on the lead time for burners/reactors to be fabricated offsite. Anyway, this is all a guess based on my knowledge of the construction industry. I could be proven wrong with a press release tomorrow, but that would be a great thing to be wrong on. :)
