Nothing stopping investors from buying.....except for the securities fraud by VICT and the ongoing investigation.

I really think investors claiming they want shares are likely just trying to dump their shares. The alternative is to have their broker take them off their hands as "worthless" for tax loss purposes.

Some brokers won't even charge an investor for this, but one would likely not get any proceeds from any sale at these high prices.
