There will be news anytime now regarding M&A, and financing. I don't think they will wait until the call in 3 weeks to disclose the information. Just because they said they will hold a call in a few weeks does not mean they will withhold the news. There could release the news as it happens over the next few weeks and it could be PR after PR. Today started off with a few retail investors chasing, then was followed by the sell on news and flippers selling. now smart money is starting to buy back in for what is coming next imo.
