I don't think Mark replied with the intention of us following up with Dan Brown. I think he included Dan's email to show that they (ARYC) are in constant communication with RRBB and that Dan is indeed (a real person) working on the audits. I know many of you are frustrated but at least Mark said "any day now" which implies progress has been made. If he simply said "by Fall 2018" then I would be more pissed.
