From GWPH board regarding DEA rescheduling of CBD

The 90 days starts on the day that the FDA submits their approval paperwork, not from the day of the approval announcement (June 25).

Expect that the 90 day window actually closes this Thursday or Friday. Paperwork was submitted on around June 29th give or take a day.
