Market believes 1,5% of the "development".
There isn't any really. No money, no profits, no bank relations, promises betrayed and trust is lost. No harvests, no customers.
Only dilution.
Everything points to a dilution scam, nothing points to a real agricultural company.
I'm pretty sure if you just wait the bill for damage will get higher and it will be used as an excuse for dilution and delays.
