It may not go belly up, but to stay afloat they will have to really change the company! Massive cost restructuring and a serious contraction of expansion plans. Downsizing and trying to live off the projects in hand may be an approach to staying alive. It will significantly change the company in terms of the number of mouths to feed! But, given time and luck a few could live off the profits while exploring how to operate the sites themselves and learning from all the mistakes they made. There may be a time when the market conditions change enough to allow AD to work. There are also other markets for AD which do work now. THe company will have to make some tough decisions, but that is called business!

I see little way it remains viable with the current cash consumption and business plan. Management may not be able to accept a "heads down" approach, as they are use to rather high flying programs?

Time will tell. They do not have much time left until cash runs out.
