Appears to me that neither one exercised their options, but your dd is better than mine.

As the exercise price of .398 was barely exceeded into the 40 cent area for lmited periods of time during September (7th, 8th, and 12th) and staued above .398 on one day(the 11th on a low toral volume day of ~67k shares traded), they would have to be dumber than rocks to exercise the options- ah, your probablly right.

That explains things...
