Well, they are much closer to the damage than we are, and have also made an extensive overview over the damages to each site, so they are in a much better situation than us to judge the damage (plus that they know the cost levels in China better). Sure, it is an estimate, but it should be somewhat realistic or it will be misleading (not if it ends up to be say 1.2MUSD, but if it ends up to be say 5MUSD then I would claim it was misleading; they should/would have known better, especially since they have taken the time before givin us the information)
