Stock outstanding?

I should qualify my stock number to say "AT LEAST" not a top number.

There are 10 Billion Authorized and it is entirely possible that Bruce private sale stock (144 of course) used it for deals, whatever, there could be way more than 3.7-4.0 BILLION shares out we don't know.

From the last credible financial there were 3.4 BILLION out and then you have to back in the always late financials to see the RECORDED increase.

But as we know from the REVERSE in 7/2015 MUCH MORE could be outstanding.

It was close to 4,350,000,000 when the company filed the REVERSE, I would GUESS we are way passed that know.

Bruce knows and for some strange reason he won't say what it is.
