The unrestricted O/S is 1,621,813 as at August 31, 2018.

Long-term traders who are observant pretty much know at what price most of those are being held (by process of elimination), have bought a significant portion of the O/S in the .1 > .2 range to trade in the gap accordingly, and are doing just fine.
