My apologies. I assumed you knew slilanty ans camille first owned advanomics. A private cancer fighting company. Hence ADVA 27a. They purchased it privately from the French. Did nothing with it for quite some time, later sold it to themselves as a private entity. Both advanomics and sunshine are owned by the same people. They literally setup a purchase agreement based on what they considered fair market for the patents.

Purchased it for 60k as a private company, sold it to themselves for 12mill. Well sold it to investors. Pocketed all the money.
