CEHD Pending reverse merger Play! serious DD showing a Chinese e-commerce company controlled by the president Mr. Liu is planning a reverse-merger type of IPO to NYSE or NASDAQ. The underwriting is already on-going now, the listing date is planned 2019 April or May.
