Maybe that is why there is no DOD contract announced yet , because they know once they do they will have to stop dumping shares . I am starting to get pissed off at them

I'm trying to decipher that!

I assume that by "dumping" you mean selling shares. When they get the DOD contract, the share price will go up! How will this force Pluristem to "stop dumping shares"?
