It is anyones guess but , to name a few 1.They are a 333 non voluntary filer…2.AS I STATED they do not care about the shareholders. So they "get what they give" when all of us kick this around. It was widely discussed at the time WHERES THE FILINGS?? so all we have is they are putting a behemoth company together and are a 333 filer that has been disparately trying to keep well under the radar. DO I OR ANyONE agree or like it .? HELL NO!……3. Things we DO UNDERSTAND We have a project, We have had two news letters, and we have all the DD done by Enpathey on the entire company set up in Ireland with all the plc's which is no small task on the Dubai Boys part .It seems to me a hell of a lot of work to do just to pull the wool over a few investors????….4.FALAK,has well north of 40 companies, They have recently charged off several , There is "Statements / auditing " being done. There is a huge question buried in all of that as it pertains to PSPW I will let your imagination sort through all of that. This is a shell and open to about anything. 5. This may sound like I'm defending the " DUBAI BOYS" BUT IT'S NOT IT'S JUST FACTS AND DD,…………..I'M STILL VERY UNHAPPY AS A INVESTOR AND NOT KNOWING OR HEARING FROM THE COMPANY. THE MONEY SPENT HAS LONG SENSE GONE UNDER THE BRIDGE I'M HERE FOR THE FINIAL CHAPTER IF I LIKE IT OR NOT REALLY SECONDARY TO HEARING AND UNDERSTANDING THE OUTCOME. :) JUST ME IMO I'M sure other have way different outlooks.
Not arguing with u, but to me, nothing has been substantiated other than the filing of the shala project. Bottom line, why in the world is everything with these guys such a secret??? As i said before, they havent discovered a cure for cancer !!
WHY SECRET?? I guess my rant above explains Why or at least can give one a idea, AS for me after I get done being mad about the lack of transparency I ask myself " If it were me how would I handle this endeavor ? Would I parade all of business out for the whole world to digest prior to completing everything that I'm trying do…..SIMPLE ANSWER NO WAY !! WE are talking very large amounts of money possibly being the outcome of all of this. IT REQUIRES THE SECRECY IT IS GETTING…?? IMO . I SAY YES .
