Deconstructing GOHE last press release with numerous sources:

Articles covering the background of what’s going on with that State and bills right now:

One article:
New Jersey's highest-ranking lawmaker, state Senate President Stephen Sweeney.
Sweeney, D-Gloucester, told reporters earlier this month he believes the Democrat-controlled state Legislature could vote on a bill legalizing weed by September. And he said this week he believes he'll "have the votes" to pass it.

Another Article:
It would take about a year from Murphy's (Governor) signing a legalization bill to the date when people can legally purchase marijuana in stores, said Charles Gormally, co-head of the cannabis practice for the Roseland law firm Brach Eichler. If the state's six existing medical dispensaries get licenses for non-medical sales, they may be able to start sooner, he said.

Another article:
Four bills have been introduced in the Legislature this year to legalize weed, but none has received a vote and lawmakers appear to be going back to the drawing board. Sweeney and Sen. Nicholas Scutari introduced a bill in June that would have authorized up to 218 retail locations around New Jersey for both medical and non-medical marijuana.
That bill got criticism for not going far enough to guarantee racial diversity among marijuana businesses. It failed to pass in the legislative frenzy leading up to the June 30 adoption of a state budget, which had counted on $60 million from taxes on legal weed.
Sweeney and Scutari are working on a new bill, and it's not clear how many retail locations it would allow or how heavily it would tax marijuana sales. Sweeney said lawmakers spent five hours Aug. 23 going over the new bill's provisions, which span 71 pages. He said he hopes for a final vote by the end of September.

Info regarding GOHE press release about “legislators behind A10”:
A10 Summary-
Revises requirements to authorize and access medical marijuana; establishes requirements for institutional caregivers; revises permit requirements for alternative treatment centers; and establishes additional legal protections for patients and caregivers.
Bill Sponsors
Rep. Joe Danielsen [?] Rep. Eliana Marin [D] Rep. Andrew Zwicker [D]
Rep. Joann Downey [D]
Rep. Eric Houghtaling [D]

A10 introduced 6/4/2018
Referred to Assembly Health and Senior Services Committee

THE POINT OF ALL THIS:
Senator Scutari has nothing to do with A10, what GOHE is trying to tie itself to in terms of people. Scutari just did an interview and stated he believes 2 bills could be ready in a week or a few. He has been tied to a few of them and none of them are A10. Hopefully the info gets back to him or all of the bills.
