The $250K funding for drilling "has been secured". If true, there are three possibilities.....PT is breaking his own cardinal rule of always using OPM (other people's money) and is funding the drilling himself. Unlikely.

The second option is another toxic note. That would not go over well with longs....so unlikely, IMO.

The third option is more private placements at some ridiculous discounted rate. Given how upside down most private placement buyers have found themselves, you'd think they would be leery about taking on yet another private placement. "Good money after bad" never seems to cross their minds.
