Again there is room for the truth of it going either way. They start to talk about providing an update on prodigy, then start a new paragraph saying they are making significant progress scaling production. BUT then you add word from one of the usual great DD peeps(crazy good DD) here, and it says when they are ready to open Prodigy, they are open for business. That is the way it sounds to me, and it may not mean we have to wait for good numbers months away from the open.

When Kim decides to announce is the thing. I could see him waiting for proof of every step. The way Quang Nam is starting to talk, and everything I am hearing means good things.

All this said, I have been here before and we had the carpet pulled out from production overseas before. Nothing happens until it is officially announced. Kim is thorough enough to frustrate and make us wait 2 more months. You could probably add more time for any number of reasons I am unaware of. Is there official morning for the loss of their President? I suppose "in the near future" can be twisted into taking months. Still I am cautiously optimistic, but it often is not just a matter of reading PR's. Again, we'll see what aggressive and significant means....Not the time for hyperbole.
