This is a useless argument. The 2017 8-K cancelled the 2016 proposed R/S. Hence, that's a dead issue. Done and done.

Now, Viola himself has stated this year, via his Twitter account, that there is an update posted here on iHub and that post mentions his acknowledgement that a R/S is necessary.

If you believe the tweet was made up, you should make him aware of it and advise him to remove it.

To continue mentioning a dead issue isn't going to help shareholders be aware of his current stated intentions.
