Excellent recap. I would like to add that they have one patent and one patent pending to protect their intellectual property. I believe someone posted links to that on this board a while back. Also, before the SEC crap we were talking merger or possibly going private as there were only about 100 shareholders a few years back. And finally CYIO shows an approved sub contractor on the CACI web site. IMHO, this could be the penny stock of the decade "IF" things fall into place. And things have been looking much better lately.
