Robert W. Ferguson – Co-Founder of Advantego Technologies, Inc. – Mr. Ferguson serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Advantego Corporation the parent company. Mr. Ferguson is responsible for the strategic planning, business development and overall financial structure of the publicly traded holding company.
Fred Popke – Co- Founder of Advantego Technologies, Inc. – Mr. Popke serves as President of the company and Vice Chairman of Advantego Corporation. the parent company. Mr. Popke is responsible for the day to day operations of the company including the oversight of all product development, licensing agreements, contract implementation, and customer service.
Titus Thobias – Co-Founder of Advantego Technologies, Inc. – Mr. Thobias serves as the Chief Technology Officer of the company and is focused on the technical execution of the company’s products and services.
Tracy Madsen – Chief Financial Officer and member of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Madsen has served as a Chief Financial Officer, or other senior executive positions, for both public and private organizations over the past 28 years.
John J. Carvelli – Independent Director – Mr. Carvelli serves as a Director of Advantego Corporation, the parent company, and is Chairman of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Carvelli has been the Executive Vice President of the Liberty Dental Plan group of companies, a national dental benefits administrator, since 2004.
Carl E. Engstrom, Esq. – General Counsel – Advantego Technologies, Inc. – Mr. Engstrom brings decades of experience in corporate, securities and general business law and oversees the legal matters of the company including contracts, filings, and other matters required by state and federal regulatory agencies.
